COURSE INFORMATION & RULES
Mile markers will be set at every mile on each course. Police officers, paramedics, and volunteers will be stationed at key points of the race to assist the runners.

The course will shut down after 1:30 p.m. After this time, runners will need to run on sidewalks and obey all traffic laws in order to finish the race. Thank you for understanding.

Personal support vehicles, music devices and headphones, unofficial bicycles, baby strollers, in-line skates and skateboards are not allowed on the course.

Water Stations
Water, GU2O Sports Drink, and Vaseline will be located at the Smith Park and every 2 miles starting at mile 4.

Aid Stations
Fruit and GU Energy Gel will be located at miles 7, 11, and the finish line.

Port-a-Potties
Restrooms will be available at the Start, Finish, and miles 5, 7, 9, 11.
