*Buses will transport marathon and first leg and second leg relay runners from Madison High School to the Starting Line and the first relay transition spot. Buses will load at 5:00 a.m. at Madison High School. (134 Madison Ave. Rexburg, ID) Buses will leave promptly at 5:30 a.m.

***STRONGLY DISCOURAGED: Late registrations are charged a $10 fee and are not guaranteed a race shirt.
REFUND POLICY: Once your registration is accepted and processed, all fees are non-refundable.

RACE PACKETS
Pick-up:
Packets are to be picked on the Thursday or Friday before the race at Race Headquarters. Packets are also available for pick-up at the Potato Bake Dinner. There will be no race day packet pick-up.
(Packets will have Bib Number, Shirt, Map, General Info, and free stuff from sponsors and race contributors.)

INFORMATION MEETING
An information meeting will be held twice during the Potato Bake Dinner. At the meetings important items will be discussed, questions will be answered and rules will be explained. Race packets and timing chips will also be available for pick-up.

COURSE INFORMATION & RULES
Mile markers will be set at every mile on each course. Police officers, paramedics, and volunteers will be stationed at key points of the race to assist the runners.

The course will shut down after 1:30 p.m. After this time, runners will need to run on sidewalks and obey all traffic laws in order to finish the race. Thank you for understanding.

Personal support vehicles, music devices and headphones, unofficial bicycles, baby strollers, in-line skates and skateboards are not allowed on the course.

Water Stations
Located at the Start, Finish, and every 2 miles on each course. There will be Water, GU2O Sports Drink, and Vaseline.

Aid Stations
Fruit and GU Energy Gel will be located at the following locations:
Marathon and Relay: Miles 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24
Half-Marathon: Miles 7 and 11
Port-a-Potties
located at the Start, Finish, and at the following locations:
Marathon and Relay: Every 2 miles, starting at mile 4
Half-Marathon: 5, 7, 9, 11
10K: Mile 2 and 4
5K: Mile 2
Relay Transition Stations
Located at miles 4, 9, 13.5, 16.5, and 22.

CLOSED COURSE POLICY
All race courses are closed to thru traffic and support vehicles. This policy is to ensure the safety of all athletes. Families and friends that want to cheer on their runners can do so by accessing "cheering stations" that will be located through out the course. These stations will be accessible by traveling on side roads. Locations and directions of "cheering stations" coming soon.

Relay stations will be located at certain points on the course that are accessible by traveling on side roads. Relay team cars will not be allowed to travel the course. Any team whose car is found traveling the course will be disqualified.

Vehicles parked at the Teton Dam Site during the start of the Marathon and Relay will be contained until officials feel that runners have had enough time to clear the roads. A 30 minute wait will be expected.

FINISH LINE
All races will finish at the south-west corner of Smith Park. A digital clock at the finish line will display unofficial finish time. Upon crossing the finish, volunteers will hand each runner a finisher’s medal and take the timing chip. Family Fun Run participants will not receive a finisher's medal. Official times will be posted at the information trailer.

Food, water and shade will be available in the runners corral. Family or friends are not allowed in this area. Reentering the corral is not allowed once exited.

Be sure to enjoy the TDM Expo as you cool down from your race. Tell your family and friends that they can party at the expo as they wait for you to come through the finish line.

AWARDS
The Award Ceremony for the 5K and 10K will start at 10:30 a.m. at Smith Park. The Award Ceremony  for the marathon, relay and half-marathon will start at 12 noon at Smith Park. The overall,  age group, and team awards will be presented to the athletes at these times.

The Overall Award will be given to the top three male, female finishers of each race. (excluding the Family Fun Run)

Age Group Awards will be given to the top three males and females of the marathon, half-marathon, 5K, and 10K in the following age brackets:
Under 20 | 20-24 | 25-29 | 30-34 | 35-39 | 40-44 | 45-49
50-54 | 55-59 | 60-64 | 65-69 | 70-74 | 75-79 | 80 & over

Relay team awards will be given to the top three male only, female only, and co-ed teams.

Participants are eligible for one award only. To receive the award, the runner must be present at the ceremony. No awards will be sent in the mail.
