TETON DAM RACES
During the 2008 running season, The City of Rexburg will present the 5th annual Teton Dam Marathon and 7th annual
Rush
Triathlon. As a business or organization, the City extends the invitation to
support both the Teton Dam Marathon & Rush Triathlon by becoming a sponsor.
In the last five years the number of participants for
each race has increased immensely each year. With a combined total of 2,000 athletes
expected in the 2008 races, your business will have the prime opportunity to support
these athletes while marketing to them, their families, and the public.

The Teton Dam Marathon & Rush Triathlon Sponsorships have four levels to choose
from. Each level is a 2 year agreement; each year's contribution will cover you
for both races.

NATIONAL ADVERTISING
SPONSOR -
$2,000 each year
2 YEAR AGREEMENT
Your Business will be promoted in the following ways during
both events during 2008 & 2009:
Pre-Race
1) Logo on official website of the Dam Marathon and RUSH Triathlon (Image link to
your website located on the right side of each webpage and on the sponsors’ page).
2) Logo on promotional posters.
3) Logo or promotional mention on all regional and national print, video, and radio
advertising. (Fliers in over 10 other national races and movie screens in Park City,
Boise, Jackson Hole, and Rexburg.)
During Race
1) Logo on race shirts for the Dam Marathon and RUSH Triathlon.
2) Logo displayed at the runner’s corral--center of the TDM Celebration & Expo.
3) Logo on mile markers for both races.
4) Logo included on Finish Line Arch (one
of only 4 Logo’s.)
5) Free Expo booth at the finish line of both races.
6) Opportunity to include a sample, literature, or a coupon in each of the race
packages.
Post-Race
1) Newspaper ad thanking your business for its participation in supporting both
races.
2) Logo, address, and phone number of your business in one issue of the City of
Rexburg Newsletter. (This newsletter is sent out to all Rexburg residents. Mention
of your support and vital role in these events will be emphasized.)
3) Your business will receive a framed certificate from the City of Rexburg, signed
by the Mayor, thanking you for your participation in the above City events. Certificate
will be awarded to your business at a City Council meeting.
Plus:
1) Two (2) complimentary Teton Dam Marathon race-shirts for use as desired and Two
(2) complimentary RUSH Triathlon race-Shirts.
2) Two (2) complimentary event entries in the Marathon or Triathlon.
MAJOR SPONSOR

2 YEAR AGREEMENT
Your Business will be promoted in the following ways during 2008
& 2009:

During Race
1) Free Expo booth at the finish line of both races.
2) Opportunity to include a sample, literature, or a coupon in each of the race

by the Mayor, thanking you for your participation in the above City events.
